IWE was founded by Dresi Ligati (dresella joubert) and Ninja Antwoord (ninjaantwoord), both industry moguls, who have years of organizational, leadership, and entertainment industry experience in RL and in SL between them.  Dresi Ligati, former President and CEO of Club Ring, the ORIGINAL club networking collaborative in SecondLife, is a leader, marketer, organizer, and trainer in her RL professional community and has many top successful SL clubs to her credit such as Safari Club and Prohibition.  She is currently the owner of the hot new science themed nightspot, Biology Club.  Ninja Antwoord hails from the southeast and has years of regional and national broadcasting, television, film and radio production expertise, as well as experience in sound, lighting, and special effects.  He brings to the table a world of ideas and strategies for success in the entertainment industry.  He currently co-owns and operates the popular roadhouse-style venue, Terry's Place.
